Position: Architectural graduate / CAD Revit technician

Baxter & Jacobson Architects delivers master planning, education, residential and commercial projects across Australia. Our work centres on innovative, sustainable design that inspires, enriches and endures.

 Current projects include regional school campuses and bespoke Sydney residences.

You will bring:

-        5–10 years’ Australian experience as an architectural graduate or CAD draftsperson

-        Fluent written and spoken English

-        Clear communication with teams, clients and consultants

-        Advanced Revit and 3D modelling skills

-        Microsoft Office skills

-        Technical problem-solving skills

-        Practical BCA/NCC knowledge

-        DA/CC detailing and documentation capability

-        Strong presentation ability

-        Developing AI competency for documents and architectural visualisation

-        Ability to define and meet timeframes

-        Strong organisation, time and systems management

-        Commitment to quality outcomes and satisfied clients
