About the Role

As a Service Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of service operations by coordinating our field technicians and supporting customers throughout their service journey.

Working closely with our technical teams, you'll help manage daily workloads, prioritise service requests, and ensure our customers receive the high level of service RBC is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians across multiple regions

• Monitor service performance and help achieve service level targets

• Communicate with customers regarding service requests and updates

• Allocate and prioritise service calls effectively

• Liaise with technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

• Maintain accurate records and service information

• Deliver a positive customer experience through proactive communication and support
