About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Materials Handler / Forklift Driver to support our manufacturing operation and help keep production moving efficiently.

As part of our small, collaborative team, you'll be responsible for ensuring materials are available when needed, inventory is accurately managed, and products are safely moved throughout the site.

This is a hands-on role where teamwork, reliability and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply raw materials to production and manage stock movements
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack and despatch customer orders
• Complete stock transfers, inventory counts and system transactions
• Maintain warehouse organisation and inventory accuracy
• Complete required documentation and support HACCP and quality standards
• Identify hazards and contribute to a safe workplace culture

About You

You are a reliable and proactive forklift operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in working safely and efficiently.

Most importantly, you're a team player who values a positive workplace culture and enjoys contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Essential

• Current Forklift / Mobile Plant Licence
• Previous warehousing or manufacturing experience
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures

Desirable

• Kanban experience
• Grab Forklift experience
