The Role

We are seeking an Registered Nurse to take on the role of SIL Supervisor, support worker education.

You’ll play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are delivered across our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support SIL coordinators across multiple homes

• Onboarding new clients, Conduct clinical assessments and develop clients' care plans in collaboration with allied health professionals

• Provide staff training and competency checks for support workers

• Facilitating medication management and incident reviews

• Work with roster team and support team ensure safe and quality services provided to the Clients

• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and company policies

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Strong knowledge of NDIS and SIL frameworks

• Passionate about person-centred care and staff development

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
