Job DescriptionLeading Excellence in Perioperative Care
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Peri-Operative Manager to lead our busy and complex Perioperative Department, comprising 22 operating theatres. This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across perioperative services.
As the Peri-Operative Manager, you will hold a key leadership and management role within the hospital, providing strategic and operational oversight of the Perioperative Department. You will be accountable for the effective management of human, financial and material resources, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality services.
Working closely with the Deputy Director of Clinical Services and other senior leaders, you will contribute to organisational strategy, enhance procedural service provision, and support the achievement of departmental and hospital strategic objectives.
