Community Occupational Therapist | North Brisbane

Team Rehab Solutions is seeking a passionate Community Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team full time in North Brisbane/Moreton Bay Region.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community OT, you’ll help clients improve independence, function, and quality of life within their own homes and communities.

Your caseload will be varied and may include:

• Functional assessments and ADL support
• Capacity building programs in home and community settings
• Home modifications and assistive technology prescription
• Neurorehabilitation (stroke, ABI, cerebral palsy, progressive conditions)
• Care coordination and client advocacy across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, and other funding streams

You’ll work across a diverse community caseload including:

• NDIS
• Support at Home (formerly HCP)
• DVA
• Private Health
• Workcover

About You
You may be early in your OT career or looking to take the next step. Either way, you’re passionate about community-based care and making a real impact.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in occupational therapy
• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience preferred
• Community or NDIS experience highly regarded (but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine people-focused approach
• Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team

You must also have (or be eligible to obtain):

• A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• An NDIS Worker Screening Check
