Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of proper accounting records in accounts receivable and banking for allocated UPA colleges/business units in line with Navitas’ policy and procedures, including ensuring accounts receivable are receipted on a timely basis, accurately reconciling the general ledger for accounts receivable and bank accounts, handling bank queries and some bank account administration. This role will lead a small team of AR Officers.

Qualifications

The person we seek will ideally have the following

A minimum of 5 years' experience in end to end Accounts ReceivableA good level of computer literacyCompetent Excel skillsTeam player mindset, who exhibits flexibility for different tasks and willingness to learnGood stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work fairly independently and utilise a level of initiativeGood time management skills
