We are seeking a motivated Lawyer or Associate with up to 2 to 7 years' post-qualification experience to join our growing Liability Team. Based in either Newcastle or Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adeliade you will work closely with experienced practitioners on complex and interesting claims across a diverse insurance portfolio.

Responsibilities

Manage and assist with defendant insurance litigation mattersWork directly with domestic and international insurer clientsDraft legal advice, pleadings, and court documentsAttend mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearancesCollaborate with a supportive and high-performing team

What will help you succeed in this role?

Admitted solicitor with up to 2 - 7 years PQEExperience in insurance, liability, litigation, or dispute resolution is desirableStrong communication, drafting, and analytical skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and build client relationshipsA proactive and team-oriented approach
