Senior Quality Control Analyst – Mortgage Servicing (Remote, Contract)

Infinity IPS is seeking experienced Senior Quality Control Analysts – Mortgage Servicing to support quality control and underwriting reviews for seasoned loan assets. The role involves validating the accuracy and completeness of due diligence performed on non‑performing, re‑performing, performing, and scratch‑and‑dent loan portfolios.

This is a remote, contract position ideal for seasoned mortgage servicing professionals with strong QC and GSE defect review experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive quality control reviews to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, investor requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to:Collection commentsPayment historyBankruptcyLoss mitigationForeclosureUpdated title reviewIdentify defects, exceptions, and trends and clearly document findings.Prepare and maintain detailed quality control and exception reports.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
Required Qualifications

Recent mortgage due diligence experience is required, preferably with Third‑Party Review (TPR) firms.Minimum 5 years of mortgage servicing experience, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, and loss mitigation.Strong knowledge of servicer transaction history logs such as cash posting, corporate advances, and escrow transactions.Proven experience with mortgage loan quality control processes.In‑depth understanding of underwriting guidelines and investor requirements, including FHA, VA, USDA, QM, and Non‑QM.GSE defect review experience is required.Experience with Scienna or LauraMac is preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage loan processing systems.
