Job Description

Swissotel Sydney is currently seeking to recruit for a Full Time Housekeeping Superstar to join our team as Housekeeping coordinator. 

About the role

• Allocate daily staff work sheets using both HubOS and Opera Cloud.
• Update with Supervisors and staff regarding room status and maintenance requirement using Opera Cloud and internal systems.
• Manage and control Lost Property 
• Answer all calls into department in a courteous manner. Respond to all enquiries professionally and endeavour to resolve all guest queries in a timely manner.
• Manage and resolve all minor guest complaint as per hotel policy and within the coordinator delegation of authority 
• HIGA Level 4 $29.45/hour + applicable loadings

Qualifications

• Efficient time management skills and able to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email 
• Enjoy working within a diverse team and autonomously
• Genuine driver and innovator, commitment to guest service and excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility to work over a rotating roster including weekends and public holiday.
• Full working right in Australia.
