We are currently looking for several roles for our kitchen. These roles will work onsite in a fabulous new kitchens onsite at Club Marconi, Bossley Park.

The ideal candidates will be seeking a hands-on-role, and will have:

• Some knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Relevant qualifications including food hygiene
• Demonstrated capabilities to cook under pressure
• A commitment to training, development, and ongoing success
• Be available to work a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
• An attitude for service excellence

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

• Minimum of 2-3 years cooking experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Appropriate qualifications
• Australian citizen / permanent resident
• Clearly speak and understand English
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ambition and drive
