Sales Representative - Fintech Software, Uncapped Commission Only

Hobart-based, working remotely across Tasmania.

AutoCalc is an Australian mortgage-tech platform built by our founder, a practising mortgage broker. Brokers use it to work out what a client can borrow in minutes instead of an afternoon. Your job is to introduce it to mortgage brokers around the country.

Full training provided. You do not need a mortgage or finance background - we teach you the industry from the ground up.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- People who genuinely enjoy talking to people

- Coachable, organised, and able to motivate yourself

- Good spoken and written English

- Australian work rights, and an ABN (free, about 15 minutes to register)

Sales, real estate, finance or broking experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Students, graduates, career changers and parents returning to work are all welcome.

ABOUT THE COMMISSION-ONLY MODEL

We say it plainly: no base income, no retainer, no guaranteed hours. You work on your own ABN and invoice us for commission earned. It suits people who back themselves.
