WS Remedial Group is a growing remedial and construction business delivering high-quality waterproofing, roofing, and structural repair solutions across Queensland, Northern Territory, and NSW.
We’re looking for a hands-on Trade Coordinator to support our operations, technicians, and project teams. This role is ideal for someone mechanically minded who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, growing team.
About the RoleThis is a key support role focused on keeping our field teams running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating tools, equipment, and materials, supporting onboarding, and ensuring everything is ready for each job. No two days are the same – you’ll be in the warehouse, supporting the team, solving problems, and making sure operations run efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding of employees and subcontractors, including preparing tools, equipment, and documentation
Assist with onboarding processes, including SOP sign-offs for new technicians
Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are ready for upcoming jobs
Coordinate and issue tools and equipment to technicians and project teams
Maintain plant and equipment to ensure safety, compliance, and reliability
Manage registers for plant, equipment, and height safety gear
Conduct test and tagging and maintain compliance records
Maintain, service, and organise tools and equipment
Respond to technician requests for tools, materials, and replacements
Raise and manage purchase orders for stock and materials
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for upcoming works
Support early morning operations, including 6:00am starts, to set teams up for the day
Maintain warehouse organisation and stock control
Trade background (Fitter and Turner or similar highly regarded)
Mechanically minded with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment
Hands-on and proactive, happy to jump in wherever needed
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with stock control, tools, or equipment management
Safety-focused mindset
Forklift licence preferred (or willing to obtain)
Experience in construction or a similar industry is highly regarded
$80,000 – $90,000 + Super (based on experience)
