We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our Support Team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining reception, finance and administration within a supportive not-for-profit environment.

About the Role

Based at our Yarramundi office, you'll become a key member of our Support Team, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential rehabilitation program.

This is far more than a reception position. You'll work across finance, administration and operational support, interacting with staff, residents, families, supporters and external organisations.

Your responsibilities will include

• Providing a warm and professional first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries
• Managing reception and general office administration
• Processing accounts using MYOB
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling records and maintaining accurate financial information
• Supporting NDIS and Centrelink administration
• Maintaining electronic and paper records
• Assisting with compliance and audit requirements
• Supporting fundraising and organisational administration as required
• Providing administrative support across the wider organisation

About You

You'll enjoy working in a busy environment where organisation and attention to detail are highly valued.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous administration experience
• Finance or bookkeeping experience
• Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The ability to manage competing priorities
• A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
