Sales Consultant / Spare Parts Interpreter

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic member who is keen serve customers and has a hunger to make sales. Mechanical / Automotive knowledge preferred or just quick learner with a willingness to learn will be suitable . Para Hills West location.

Duties include:

• Managing customer phone enquiries.
• Serving customers in store.
• Processing sales orders.
• handling returns.
• Advertising parts.
• Replying to emails.

Basic computer skills - desirable.

The successful candidate will need the following Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in auto parts interpretation or a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive parts, systems, and components.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

• Customer Service: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using inventory management systems and other relevant software.
