Work alongside Dr Caitlin Oakley in a modern, light-filled, day-spa-style practice with no evening or weekend work!

• Work-Life Balance: 3–4 days per week (Mon–Thu, ~8:00 am – 6.00 pm) with options to expand. No weekends or late nights!

• A Patient-Centred Approach: We are renowned for our down-to-earth, approachable care, gentle no-needle options, minimally invasive dentistry and excellence in reassuring nervous and anxious patients.

• Beautiful Workspaces: Spacious surgeries, polished floorboards and high-end facilities located conveniently near Blackburn Station.

• Chairside Assisting: Supporting Dr Caitlin Oakley and other operators as we grow across general, preventative and restorative procedures, surgery setup, infection control and sterilization.

• Front Desk Excellence: Greeting patients, appointment scheduling, phone/email inquiries and managing patient flow.

• Administration & Billing: Processing HICAPS, EFTPOS payment, lab work coordination and managing OASIS records.

• Marketing & Social Media Option (Bonus!): Helping showcase our practice through social media content and brand promotion.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of dental assisting and dental reception experience in Australia (OASIS experience highly regarded).

• Warm & Engageable Personality: A high-energy, cheerful team player who genuinely loves engaging with people, making every patient feel welcomed, valued and at ease.

• Skills & Attributes: Exceptional communication, a caring attitude and great organizational skills

• Bonus Advantage: Candidates with a interest or passion for social media, marketing and business growth will be highly regarded!
