Warehouse Operators – Level A & B | Afternoon & Night Shifts

We are looking for multiple Storepersons across Level A (non-forklift) and Level B (forklift) to join our warehouse team in Greenacre. You'll be at the heart of our multi-temperature facility, working across ambient, chiller and freezer zones to pick, pack and move stock safely and accurately.

You'll help us maintain our food safety and quality standards as part of a team that takes pride in servicing our customers and getting it right the first time, every time.

These are permanent full-time roles based at our Greenacre warehouse, with the following shifts available:

Afternoon shift: Sunday – Thursday, 3:00pm – 11:06pm

Night shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:06am

Forklift operation is not required for this role.

Forklift operation is part of this role and requires a current, valid forklift licence.

• Pick, pack and stage orders in the correct temperature zone

• Hand-load orders into trucks in reverse delivery sequence

• Build, wrap and load pallets onto trucks

• Pick, replenish and rotate stock using FIFO/FEFO principles

• Maintain cold chain and temperature requirements when handling, storing and moving products, in line with HACCP, food safety and quality standards

• Participate in housekeeping and continuous improvement activities

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records using RF devices, WMS systems and paperwork

• Unload incoming supplier deliveries

• Unload shipping containers

• Receive, palletise and process incoming stock, including checking quality, temperatures, expiry dates, weights, damages and discrepancies

• Stage, transfer and put stock away accurately and efficiently

• Perform labelling, repacking, sorting and repalletising

• Report stock variances, damages and non-conforming products

• Participate in cycle counts and stocktakes

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with site WH&S requirements and safe operating procedures

• Operate the Vertical Lift Module (VLM) in accordance with safe operating procedures

• Support the team to maintain the efficient flow of materials and timely delivery of products

• For Level B: Safely drive and operate a licensed forklift (counterbalance and reach) in line with SafeWork guidelines and site safety requirements

You'll also have

• Experience working in a warehouse environment

• Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments, including chiller and freezer zones. Previous experience in these environments is desirable

• Experience using WMS/ERP systems and RF scanners

• Familiarity with food safety and quality requirements

• Experience using safe and correct manual handling techniques

For Storeperson Level B

• Minimum 6 months' experience operating reach and counterbalance forklifts

• Current, valid forklift licence

• Experience in a perishable goods warehouse environment

• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP/GDP practices

• Exposure to 5S, continuous improvement and Lean supply chain concepts

• Previous experience with VLMs or other warehouse automation
