About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and committed Studio Manager to lead our Brisbane OPERATIONS team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and maintaining our creative, dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and 5-star client experiences.
Lead, train, manage, and schedule Assistants to maintain high performance standards.
Uphold all TPS policies, procedures, and OH&S requirements.
Manage studio stock, equipment, facilities, and creative sets in consultation with the Head of Creatives.
Monitor and report on team performance, supporting continuous learning and development.
Ensure effective file management and backup processes.
Build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships and effective relationships with suppliers.
Provide monthly operational reports against KPIs.
About You
We are looking for a passionate industry professional with:
Minimum 3+ years of experience and an established track record in a leadership role within the photo, creative, or related industry.
Proven management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a demanding environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral, across all levels of an organisation.
Exceptional organisational capabilities, including focus on detail.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with other departments
Creativity and awareness of current trends and pop culture.
Commitment to 5-star customer service and inclusive workplace values.
This role requires full working rights in Australia and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
