About the role
Hutt St Centre (HSC) is a place of connection and support, empowering people facing homelessness to rebuild their lives, rediscover their identities, and reconnect with their communities.
How you will make a difference
As a Case Navigator (Case Manager), you will support clients on a longer-term basis, to address the life issues that have caused and perpetuated their homelessness. This will be achieved through housing, social engagement, education, employment, skill development and improved wellbeing.
