We’re an adult mother and daughter duo living in Pinjarra and we’re on the lookout for a reliable, proactive, and motivated female support worker to join our team.

This is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to support us in living a vibrant, independent life both at home and out in the community.

About the Role

You’ll be working directly with us, our dedicated team and family delegates. Your support will help us:

• Live independently in our home

• Access and enjoy our local community

• Travel to Perth for work, activities and appointments

• Explore exciting new opportunities for work and meaningful roles

• Flexibility is essential

• 24-hour shifts available, including weekdays and weekends

• Shorter shifts available as well

• You’ll be joining a rotating roster with some flexibility to make it work for you as well as us

• You’ll be employed directly by us and our family

• Experience is great, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality support are even more important
