We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working as part of a team and wants to develop their skills within a busy franchised dealership environment.

About the Role

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

• Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard

• Carrying out manufacturer warranty and campaign work

• Accurately documenting work performed and additional repairs required

• Working closely with the Workshop Foreman and Service Advisors

• Maintaining a high standard of quality and workmanship

• Following Ford manufacturer procedures and workshop safety requirements

• Contributing to workshop productivity and efficiency

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• A recognised Light Vehicle Automotive Trade Qualification

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

• Good communication and organisational skills

• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude

• The ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment

Ford dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential. Technicians currently working with other manufacturers or in independent workshops are encouraged to apply.
