WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You’ll help keep the property looking its absolute best by:

• Leading, training and motivating housekeeping staff
• Coordinating daily room allocations and schedules
• Preparing and distributing daily allocation sheets
• Monitoring arrivals, departures and priority rooms
• Inspecting rooms and public areas
• Monitoring productivity and workflow
• Communicating between room attendants and supervisors
• Handling guest requests and special requirements
• Managing cleaning supplies and amenities
• Maintaining room status, DND reports and service logs
• Supporting the team with daily operational issues
• Ensuring health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained

We’re looking for someone who is: ✅ Reliable and organised ✅ Confident and ready to lead ✅ Detail-oriented ✅ A strong communicator ✅ Proud of their work ✅ Comfortable working rotating rosters, weekends and public holidays

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous Housekeeping Supervisor experience
• Experience with room allocations
• Experience using Opera and HubOS
• Valid working rights in Australia
