Sales Executive

We're hiring TMAP's sales lead — a full-time, remote role reporting directly to our Head of Sales & Marketing. This is a hybrid seat: sales focused but working closely with our hands on marketing team, and it's built to grow as our systems mature.

• Call and run zoom meetings with leads who have already confirmed they have capacity and desire to transact now

• Run genuine, consultative conversations — confirming the fit, not pitching from cold.

• Hand qualified leads through to our Mentor for their strategy session — clean, well-documented handoffs.

• Nurture leads through the lead journey — phone calls, and by writing SMS, email, and social DM’s 

• Work successfully with our tech stack built to enhance your success in the role. Using the CRM (HubSpot) (CRM) alongside AI tools (Breeze, Claude) and automation doing the heavy lifting on admin — so you spend your time talking to people, not doing data entry.
