Are you looking for a full-time role with job security, great team culture, and real opportunities to grow? Mulford is a trusted name in the building industry, and we're currently looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our fibreglass manufacturing team in Dandenong South.

✅ Permanent, full-time role in a growing manufacturing business
✅ Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexibility as required)

Operating production machinery to manufacture high-quality fibreglass roofing sheets
Performing quality checks to ensure finished product meets specifications
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace
Supporting general production and warehouse duties as needed

• You're dependable, punctual, and take pride in your work

• A team player with a positive attitude

• Willing to learn new skills, including how to safely use saws and other tools

• Comfortable working independently and using initiative

• Physically fit – able to lift and carry long sheets (up to 20kg)

• Forklift licence a bonus (not essential)

• Must have FULL working rights in Australia

• Minimum of 1+ years experience in manufacturing or production environment required

This is a hands-on manufacturing environment with all required PPE is provided, safety levels are continuously monitored.
