About the Venues

• Manzo Bisteccheria is an Italian fire-driven steakhouse in Circular Quay inspired by the great grills of the world — featuring premium cuts, bold flavours, strong cocktails and an extensive wine cellar.

• Divino Osteria is a refined Italian dining experience in Elizabeth Bay focused on quality ingredients, beautiful pasta, seafood and a curated Italian wine list.

The Role:

We are looking for a full-time Chef De Partie to join our team at Divino Osteria in Elizabeth Bay.

• Work closely with the Head Chef on menu planning, and recipe testing

• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards

• Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in day to day running of the kitchen

• Prepare and present dishes to our restaurant standards

• Assist with stock control, cost management and waste reduction
