Role Objective

This role is designed for someone early in their career who is eager to learn fast and take ownership. You will be instrumental in helping us increase qualified meetings with specialist clinic decision-makers by making Medow the most recognised and trusted AI partner for specialists in Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product, you’ll support the design and execution of integrated campaigns. You’ll have the full support of our external agencies and the Head of Growth to help you learn new skills and hit the ground running.

Success here isn't just about driving more website traffic; it's about driving quality leads that result in better sales efficiency and faster ARR growth.

What You'll Do

Support Medow's demand engine: assist in managing the engines that create and capture demand for our AI Scribe.

• Generate demand: build the category with thought leadership, education and comparison content that shows specialists why AI built for their specialty beats generic, one-size-fits-all tools. Run webinars, conferences and events with Sales and Partnerships.

• Win the switch: create the comparison pages, campaigns and offers that win specialists moving off other AI tools.

Capture in-market buyers: turn existing demand into booked meetings.

• Support SEO and paid media: work with our partners to improve search rankings and help monitor paid channels with CAC discipline.

• Assist with landing pages: help optimise lead-capture flows to improve conversion rates.

Amplify success and ecosystem: put our proof and partners to work.

• Help turn case studies and reviews into campaigns across multiple channels, supporting the Content Lead.

• Support co-marketing efforts with our Tech and Association Partners to drive demand through partner channels.

Fuel the sales engine: warm the market and arm the team.

• Build awareness with specialist decision-makers before an SDR reaches out.

• Create the sequences, collateral and enablement that lift SDR-to-demo conversion.

Support product launches: Work with the Head of Growth how to execute go-to-market strategies and demand-capture campaigns.

What Success Looks Like

• Qualified meetings: a measurable increase in demos with specialist clinic decision-makers.

• Pipeline and ARR: more pipeline created and a clear contribution to ARR growth.

• Measured properly: a CAC baseline established and reported. Judged on pipeline and ARR, not website traffic or MQLs.

You'll Thrive Here If You...

• Have 1 to 3 years in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup (demand generation, growth or performance marketing).

• Are a builder who'd rather build a repeatable engine than run one-off tasks.

• Are curious about commercial metrics like pipeline, conversion, and ARR.

• Have used partnership channels to drive growth and demand.

• Are AI native: you use AI as a force multiplier and know when human judgment is needed.

• Are ambitious and self-motivated: you find the opportunity and go after it.

• Have high attention to detail. In healthcare, precision is non-negotiable.

• Value in-person energy and are happy in our Bondi Junction office 3 days a week.

• Have experience in HealthTech or a similarly regulated, trust-driven industry.

• Have worked in healthcare or understand specialist clinical workflows.

• Are proficient in HubSpot (CRM, sequences and reporting).
