THE OPPORTUNITY

Ready to step away from the demands of clinical work without losing the impact you make? Join our Sydney Emergency Services team as a Case Manager, where you can apply your clinical knowledge in a more sustainable, structured environment. You’ll manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, partnering with injured workers, employers, and health professionals to support safe and meaningful return-to-work outcomes without shift work or hands-on care.

We are seeking individuals with a strong foundation in Health Sciences, Allied Health, or similar client-facing environments. While tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, we also welcome those with practical experience looking to transition into a corporate setting.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Sydney George Street office, with flexibility to work from home (up to three days from home) available from month three, subject to performance and approval.

Your Responsibilities

Manage an end-to-end portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, supporting individuals with both physical and psychological injuriesBuild and maintain relationships with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation providersApply your clinical understanding to develop proactive, outcome-focused case strategiesCollaborate with internal specialists to deliver tailored return-to-work plansGuide individuals through their recovery journey with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

About You

A background in Health Sciences, Allied Health, or a similar discipline, or transferable experience from a clinical or care-based roleLooking to transition into a corporate environment while still making a meaningful impactStrong communication skills, with confidence in navigating sensitive or complex conversationsResilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced settingA team player who values collaboration and shared outcomesCommitted to delivering high-quality service and building trusted relationships
