What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-day)

You’ll help customers from start to finish — booking, pickups, returns, and support.

• Greet customers and provide a great experience
• Check customers in and out (licence, contracts, payments)
• Help customers choose the right cover and upgrades (no cold calling)
• Handle basic issues and resolve problems calmly
• Work with the team to keep cars ready and the branch running smoothly
• Coordinate vehicles, keys, and customer needs

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need car rental experience — we can train you. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident speaking with customers
• Organised and can handle multiple tasks
• Comfortable with sales/upselling (we’ll coach you)
• A good team player
• Reliable and available for a rotating roster
• Holds a full driver licence (essential)

This role runs on a rotating roster across 7 days, including some weekends. We’ll discuss your availability during the interview.
