About the role

endota spa Kew is seeking a Senior Beauty Therapist with experience and professionalism to join our team as a leader and In Spa Trainer.

This leadership position is offered with flexible working roster (Part Time or Full Time) to suit your lifestyle, professional enthusiasm and interest in ongoing development.

To be suitable for this role you will be experienced at delivering exceptional spa treatments to our clients, providing professional beauty and spa treatments in a modern day spa environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about skincare, beauty treatments, spa massage packages and creating memorable experiences for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Delivering a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including massage, facials and body treatments.

2. Consulting with clients to understand their wellness and skincare needs.

3. Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and professional communication throughout all treatments.

4. Operating spa equipment and utilising products safely and effectively.

5. Providing endota product advice and treatment recommendations.

6. Building client relationships and encouraging repeat bookings and loyalty to endota Kew.

7. Contributing at a senior level to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues while developing your own professional day spa experience.

8. Maintaining accurate treatment records and providing client information.

What we're looking for

1. Current diploma qualifications in Beauty Therapy or Remedial Massage.

2. Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist or Massage Therapist in a spa environment.

3. Strong knowledge of skincare, spa/beauty treatments, and the ability to assess client needs and create treatment plans

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for client care, training and team work.

5. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to scheduling requirements and client booking requests.

6. Attention to maintaining endota uniform presentation standards, treatment room set up, hygiene and professionalism

7. Committed to leading by example and developing professional skills, with the ability to lead therapists and manage team training in accordance to endota standards.
