About The Role

Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a Director of Nursing and Midwifery to join it’s Executive Leadership Team.

The Director of Nursing and Midwifery is responsible for the efficient and effective day to day operational and strategic leadership and management of nursing and midwifery services to support the delivery of high standards of care for patients and their families in line with professional standards of practice.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen clinician engagement and contribute to the planning, delivery, evaluation, and ongoing improvement of health services across Lismore Base Hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nursing leader to influence service delivery, foster a culture of quality and innovation, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
