Finance Solutions is the lending specialist division within the group — competitive home loans, first homeowner grants/incentives, property investment financing, commercial loans. The house philosophy is understanding a client's full situation before recommending finance options, with ongoing reviews as circumstances and regulations change.

About KHI Finance Solutions Central 

KHI Finance Solutions Central is a fast-growing mortgage brokerage backed by Connective, writing complex residential, SMSF and commercial lending for a loyal client base. We're after a Credit Analyst to join our servicing team and keep deals moving from scenario to settlement.

What you'll be doing

• Assessing borrower income, serviceability and structure across residential, SMSF/LRBA and commercial scenarios

• Preparing credit papers and loan structuring recommendations for brokers ahead of lodgement

• Reviewing docs against lender credit policy and flagging gaps before submission

• Liaising with lenders (BDMs, credit teams) on conditional approvals and queries

• Working closely with brokers to keep client files compliant and submission-ready

What you'll bring

• 2+ years' credit analysis or lending assessment experience (broking, bank or non-bank)

• Strong grasp of serviceability calculators, DSCR/ICR and lender policy across major and non-bank lenders

• Sharp eye for detail — you catch the gap before the lender does

• Comfortable managing a pipeline under deadline pressure

• NCCP/Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or working towards) a plus
