About the Role:

 As the Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a dedicated team, and drive patient-centered care. This role commences at the start of November 2026 for a 12-month period.

• Leadership: Mentoring pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff to foster a positive, collaborative environment.

• Operations: Managing budgets, stock control, and key performance metrics.

• Clinical Excellence: Delivering professional services, managing 8CPA programs, maintaining QCPP compliance, and offering expert patient advice.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.

• Proven leadership or senior pharmacist experience with strong workflow management skills.

• Excellent communication and a passion for community health engagement.

• Vaccination accreditation, current Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
