Our kitchen uses fresh, high-quality ingredients to prepare consistently excellent dishes. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our kitchen team.

The successful candidate will contribute to food preparation, menu execution, presentation, kitchen operations and food safety while maintaining our high standards of quality and service. Ensure all dishes are consistently prepared, presented, and delivered to a high culinary standard.

Oversee daily food preparation, portioning, and plating for breakfast, lunch, and special services. Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control while maintaining speed and efficiency during service. Plan and create menus using seasonal ingredients and introduce new dishes.

Supervise stock control, storage practices, and rotation to minimise waste and maintain kitchen organisation. Enforce strict compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and workplace health & safety requirements. Train, mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of all kitchen areas and equipment. Qualification & experience Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. Minimum 3 year’s full-time experience working as a Chef in a similar commercial kitchen environment.

Proven ability to maintain high standards under pressure. Sound knowledge of safe food handling procedures and kitchen hygiene practices. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
