Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and talented Chefs/Cooks to join our team on a full-time basis. If you have a passion for cooking, a love for Lebanese cuisine, and a drive for excellence, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Lebanese dishes in accordance with our menu and recipes.

• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

• Assist in menu planning, including the development of new dishes.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to any specific dietary requests.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a restaurant setting; experience with Lebanese cuisine is preferred but not mandatory.

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

• Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are a plus.
