Service Receptionist - Entry Level

Are you finishing high school or looking to begin your career in the automotive industry?

Galleria Toyota is seeking a bright, enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Service Department as a Service Receptionist. This is an entry-level opportunity suited to a recent school leaver with good academic results, excellent communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn.

Previous automotive or reception experience is not required, as training and support will be provided.

As the first point of contact for our Service Department, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience for every customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and visitors to the Service Department

• Answering and directing telephone calls professionally

• Responding to customer enquiries

• Creating and managing service bookings

• Assisting with courtesy vehicle bookings

• Following up customers regarding missed appointments and outstanding recalls

• Providing general administrative and clerical support

• Assisting with basic warranty administration

• Supporting the Service Advisors and Service Manager

• Maintaining a clean and presentable reception area and customer lounge

• Promoting Galleria Toyota’s services and delivering an excellent customer experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has recently completed high school or is seeking an entry-level career opportunity

• Has achieved strong academic results

• Is friendly, confident and professional

• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks

• Has good attention to detail

• Is comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office

• Is reliable, punctual and eager to learn

• Enjoys helping customers and working as part of a team

• Holds a current WA driver’s license, or is working towards obtaining one

• Full on-the-job training and ongoing support
