Qualified Windscreen Fitter/ Automotive Glazier

About the role
We are seeking experienced Windscreen Fitters to join our team in Bibra Lake. Working from a newly opened warehouse with all new tools and equipment, this full-time role is crucial in ensuring our customers' vehicles are returned to them with the highest standard of windscreen repairs and replacements. As a Windscreen Fitter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise throughout the repair process.

What you'll be doing

1. Expertly remove, repair and replace windscreens on a variety of vehicle makes and models (in our warehouse and as a mobile service when required)

2. Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve any underlying issues

3. Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment

4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our windscreen repair processes

5. Assist with other automotive services as required

6. Recalibration of vehicle windscreens

What we're looking for

1. Experience as a Windscreen Fitter

2. Knowledge and expertise in windscreen repair and replacement

3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

4. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

5. A valid driver's licence

6. ADAS calibration experience (preferred)
