Drivers and Pickers

We are seeking Drivers and Pickers (multiple position) to join our warehousing and distribution team on a full time basis.

Working onsite in Milperra, these roles are essential to our operations.

What you'll be doing - Pickers

• Picking and packing orders accurately according to warehouse management system instructions and customer requirements

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles with care to prevent damage to goods

• Maintaining accurate records of picked items

• Inspecting goods for damage or defects before dispatch and delivery

• Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient warehouse workspace

What you'll be doing - Drivers

• Operating delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies

• Conducting routine vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues promptly

• Inspecting goods for damage or defects before dispatch and delivery

• Pick up customer returns when required

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle type you will be operating

• Proven experience in warehousing, picking, packing or distribution roles

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Physical fitness and ability to lift items regularly

• Reliable, punctual and committed to attendance

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems is advantageous but not essential
