Senior Document Controller

Due to the Company’s involvement in a number of new projects and studies, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Document Controller to join our Perth based team. Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, this position will involve but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and management of the project’s document management system.
• Ensure the accurate uploading, logging, filing & distribution of project related documentation. 
• Receive, record and issue controlled project documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure controlled documents comply with Company, Client and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverable are met to a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage and expedite supplier deliverables and documentation ensuring contractual requirements are adhered to.
• Work collaboratively within the project and document control team. 

The expertise you'll bring

• Experience in an EPCM environment with vendor data processing / design engineering processing.
• Previous experience in document control (essential).
• Experience with QDMS, ProjectWise and Aconex is favourable.
• Familiar with managing vendor data.
• High attention to detail and problem solving skill.
• Proven time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
