What you’ll be doing:

• Diagnosing & Fixing: Working on our world-class European balers and compactors. It’s a mix of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical work.

• Being a "Hero" for Clients: Installing equipment, training their staff, and making sure they are getting the most out of their sustainability gear.

• Representing the Brand: You are the face of Mil-tek. You’ll build relationships with our customers and help them find better ways to manage their waste.

Who are you?

• The Ultimate All-Rounder: You might come from a mechanical, automotive, hydraulic, or general technical background. If you’re a "Jack of All Trades" with a logical mind, you’ll fit right in.

• The Professional: You’re well-presented and can hold a conversation with anyone from a business owner to a floor worker.

• The Learner: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and learn a new, specialized trade.

• The Basics: You have a current manual driver’s license and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
