We are seeking an experienced Strategic ServiceNow Consultant to join a growing team delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions within a secure and complex environment. This role is ideal for a consultant who combines strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capabilities with hands-on technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform.
You may have started your career as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer before progressing into consulting, solution design, and customer-facing engagements.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic consulting and technical leadership across ServiceNow initiatives.Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable platform solutions.Design, implement, and optimise ServiceNow platform capabilities.Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design activities.Support integration strategy and platform connectivity across multiple ServiceNow environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience across the ServiceNow platform.Proven background in both technical delivery and consulting/advisory engagements.Expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM), particularly Event Management.Experience with Remote Spoke and connecting/integrating ServiceNow instances.Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integration patterns, and best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical delivery.
Security RequirementsMust hold or be eligible to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance.
