Role Description: The Consultant Workshop Facilitator is a contract, remote role responsible for delivering engaging workshops (2 to 4 hours) for professionals in the Early Childhood, OSHC and Aged Care sector.
The ideal person will deliver 6 - 8 sessions per month, mostly during the evening and sometimes during the day. The sessions are centred around personality styles, accountability, character strengths, communication and team building.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an independent consultant and facilitator, with an established consulting or training practice developed over a number of years. They will work with a range of clients and organisations, derive their consulting income from multiple sources, and have demonstrated experience successfully delivering large-group training and facilitation.
QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.Proven experience in Workshops and Facilitation, with a focus on interactive, learner-centred delivery.Background in Training, including designing and implementing structured learning programs.Creativity Skills for developing innovative activities, examples, and practical exercises that enhance participant engagement.Experience in early childhood education, OSHC, or aged care sectors is highly beneficial.Relevant qualification in education, training, organisational development, or a related discipline.Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and meet agreed timelines.
