Maintenance Officer - Marsfield

The Role

We are seeking a Full-Time (76 Hours a fortnight) Maintenance Officer to join our Residential Aged Care facility in Marsfield. Bus driver duties included in the role.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs across our aged care and retirement living community, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.

• Maintain attractive and safe outdoor areas through lawn mowing, hedging, gardening, and general grounds maintenance.

• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to keep our buildings, equipment, and assets in excellent condition.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve repairs efficiently.

• Help ensure our facilities meet safety and regulatory standards while contributing to a positive Work Health and Safety (WHS) culture.

• Bus driver duties: Safely transport residents to appointments, outings and activities, ensuring vehicle safety and maintenance, accurate records, and assisting residents and staff during outings.
