About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Scheduler to play a key role in our scheduling for fleet maintenance. If you're ready to make a significant impact and contribute to a dynamic, safety-focused team, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organise and coordinate daily activities to ensure safe and efficient operations in line with customer requirements and relevant legislation.

• Schedule and monitor movement of fleet, booking vehicles for Maintenance activities internal and OEM workshops.

• Ensure work orders and p/o allocations are managed in a timely manner.

• Liaise with fleet maintenance for effective scheduling of maintenance and support Branch Operations as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in fleet management or equivalent experience.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple schedules effectively.

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers, operational staff, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

• Familiarity with online booking systems and maintenance scheduling tools, ideally those for managing asset scheduling.
