The organization values learning, accountability, and a collaborative approach on every job site.Role Description:This internship is day to day basis, on-site role based in Campbelltown Areas, NSW, supporting residential home construction projects as a Site Supervisor intern. The intern will assist with daily site coordination, including monitoring work progress, checking that construction activities follow plans and schedules, and reporting any issues to the director directly. Day-to-day tasks include conducting basic site inspections, helping enforce construction safety procedures, and ensuring that trades and workers understand site requirements. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with team members, documenting site activities, and supporting compliance with quality and safety standards. This position provides hands-on experience in residential site supervision and exposure to the full build cycle.
QualificationsNo Experience required. Training and support will be provided. This job is suitable for people who wants the exposure in residential construction industry. Someone serious about building a long-term career in residential construction, not looking for quick income. Reliable, shows up on time, willing to learn on-site in all conditions.
