About the Role
At Catalyst, attracting the right people is critical to supporting our continued growth. As our operations continue to expand, we're seeking a Recruitment Advisor to help identify, engage and secure the talent required to support our operational and strategic objectives.
Based in our Perth office, you'll work closely with leaders across Mining, Maintenance, Processing, Technical Services and Corporate functions to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes. Your focus will be on sourcing and attracting the right candidates for the right roles, building strong talent pipelines and providing a responsive, customer-focused recruitment service to our stakeholders.
This is a fast-paced role where success is measured by the quality of talent secured and your ability to deliver recruitment outcomes efficiently in a competitive market. You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on workforce growth while developing your recruitment career within a growing Australian mining business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating recruitment across a diverse range of blue- and white-collar roles
Advertising vacancies and managing applications
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective recruitment strategies
Sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines
Completing pre-employment checks
Preparing employment documentation and supporting onboarding
Maintaining recruitment records and candidate information
Providing a positive and professional candidate experience from application to commencement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Enthusiasm and excitement about playing a key role in supporting the growth of a rapidly expanding ASX-listed company
Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with people across a variety of industries and levels
A genuine passion for recruitment and working with people
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
Experience recruiting across both operational and professional roles
A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of the recruitment process
Ability to work at pace without compromising attention to detail
A genuine team player with a practical, can-do approach
Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the mining, resources or another operational environment
