Senior Consultant – Financial Close (Trintech)

This Senior Consultant role sits within our Finance Solutions practice, specialising in the implementation and delivery of Trintech Financial Close solutions. The role is primarily focused on leading high-quality solution delivery across client engagements, while also contributing to business development and pre-sales activities. 

Key Responsibilities 

Project Delivery 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Trintech financial close and reconciliation management solutions for clients 
• Provide oversight and quality assurance across project delivery to ensure successful outcomes and adherence to best practices 
• Engage with clients to scope, analyse, and document business requirements, translating these into robust technical solution designs and model specifications 
• Prepare and contribute to Statements of Work (SoW), ensuring clarity of scope, assumptions, and deliverables 
• Act as a subject matter expert in Trintech, maintaining product certifications and deepening platform expertise 
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, supporting problem-solving and delivery excellence across engagements 

Product Demonstrations and Solutioning 

• Support business development activities alongside the Sales team and Directors to drive new client acquisition 
• Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business challenges, objectives, and requirements 
• Define requirements for proof-of-concept (POC) solutions and oversee their development for client presentations 
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and thought leadership at prospect meetings and industry events 
• Contribute to proposal development and responses to tenders (RFP/RFT) 
• Support marketing initiatives aligned to the Trintech and CPM capability 

Skills & Experience 

• CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent) 
• Prior experience in external audit or financial accounting environments is advantageous
• Experience implementing / using Trintech, Blackline or similar financial close software products
• Consulting experience
