Dentist - Miranda

Opportunity:
A boutique two chair practice in Miranda is looking for an experienced Dentist to join the team around three days a week, with potential to include Saturdays.
This is not your average general practice.

The clinic takes a biological approach to dentistry, focused on the oral microbiome and getting the foundations right before moving into more complex work. It is a considered, quality over volume philosophy that builds long term patient relationships rather than churning through appointments.

The principal has niched into laser dentistry, cosmetic work, endodontics and periodontics, so this role is specifically for a dentist who is confident placing implants and carrying out bone grafts. The principal is busy and there is steady demand for this surgical work, which is the key requirement for the role.

Location:
The practice is based in Miranda, in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, a short walk from Miranda Station with parking available onsite and across the road. It is an easy, convenient location for dentists living across the Shire and the neighbouring St George area.

Miranda is the commercial hub of the Shire, with Westfield, cafes, transport and amenities all close by. It offers a strong lifestyle balance, with the Shire's beaches, national park and relaxed community feel all within easy reach. For a dentist who wants quality clinical work without a long city commute, it is a genuinely appealing base.

About You:
You hold current AHPRA registration and have a minimum of five years of clinical experience in Australia. You are confident working independently, as this role does not include a mentoring program.

Critically, you can place implants and perform bone grafts to a high standard, as this is what many of the practice's patients come for. You are drawn to a considered, biological approach to dentistry and take real pride in quality, lasting clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver implant placement and bone grafting to a high clinical standard
Provide comprehensive general and surgical dentistry independently
Work within the practice's biological dentistry philosophy
Collaborate with the principal on complex case planning
Build long term relationships with a loyal patient base
Maintain AHPRA compliance and uphold high clinical and ethical standards
