Hybrid Warehouse & Production Factory Hand

About the role

The Hybrid Warehouse & Production Factory Hand is responsible for supporting both warehouse operations and production activities. This role ensures the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and movement of materials while also participating in lamination and manufacturing processes to support production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Warehouse Duties

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.

• Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory control activities.

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S standards.

• Assist with stock rotation and management of raw materials.

• Complete warehouse documentation and inventory transactions accurately.

• Support loading and unloading of trucks and containers.

Production Lamination Duties

• Assist with hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, infusion, or other lamination processes as required.

• Accurately measure, cut, and prepare reinforcement materials according to work instruction.

• Mix and handle resins and related materials safely and accurately.

• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

•  Perform finishing, trimming, sanding and inspection activities as required.

• Complete production documentation and quality records.

• Work collaboratively with production teams to meet daily production targets.

Be prepared to move in and out of Warehouse and Production when needed. Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
