About you

You are an experienced Coxswain who enjoys a good laugh and creating amazing memories. You are a fantastic communicator who works well in a team whilst also providing support. You are adventurous and enjoy sharing your knowledge with the team and of course guests. You place safety as a high priority and complete checks on the vessel and equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.

You will have a Coxswain certificate or Master V as well as First Aid, CPR and AFR.

We are seeking Coxswains due to our continued success and ongoing growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating and navigating vessels in accordance with maritime regulations and company procedures.

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

• Conducting vessel safety checks and maintaining a clean, safe and professional environment.

• Assisting with passenger operations, including boarding and disembarking.

• Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
