THE OPPORTUNITYWe're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a project portfolio — from design through to construction and handover. This is a senior role with potential for real growth: you'll work closely with our Director, lead client relationships, and play a strategic part in how we deliver projects and grow the business.If you're a driven and experienced PM who wants more than just managing a programme, this role could be the one for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DOServe as the primary client contact across design and construction stagesPrepare and manage project programmesWork with our team to develop cost estimates and regular cost, program and project reportsPrepare tender submissions, trade packages and proposals (or assist others, where required)Administer D&C contracts and manage subcontractor, supplier and consultant procurementAssist with obtaining project permits and approvals
WHAT YOU'LL BRING5+ years of experience with an Australian construction company — ideally with D&C or prefab exposureTertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building or Project ManagementStrong working knowledge of D&C AS contractsProficient in MS Office, Excel and MS ProjectExcellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detailSound construction knowledge with the ability to work autonomouslyValid Australian work rights and driver's licence
